The MegaTorr PS7-G Series Heated Getter Hydrogen Gas purifiers utilize a heated getter process to provide ultra-high purity (UHP) gas. This simplified approach provides outlet impurity levels to < 1 ppb for O2, CO, CO2, H2O, CH4, and N2. Getter column replacement can be performed in the field by an authorized SAES Field Service Engineer. The getter bed only Hydrogen Purifier requires 6.0N H2 (99.9999%).
