Die Koaleszenz- und Partikelfilter schützen Druckluft vor Verschmutzung, Ablagerungen, Öldämpfen und Aerosolen. Diese Kontaminierungen können Funktionsstörungen und eine Verminderung der Trocknungsleistung zur Folge haben.
Diese Filtersätze sind hinsichtlich Durchflussrate und Leistung abgestimmt auf die Drucklufttrockner der HR-Serie und der VSA-Serie. Allerdings können die Filter auch an andere Trockner anpasst werden.
Jedes Minifilterpaket enthält 2 zweistufige Vorfilter (Partikel- und Koaleszenzfilter) zur Entfernung von Öldämpfen und Wasser-Aerosolen und 1 Nachfilter (Partikelfilter) zur Entfernung von Verunreinigungen, um nachgeschaltete Komponenten zu schützen. Außerdem gehören zum Lieferumpfang 2 Anschlüsse und 2 Wandhalterungen.
